Q1. What are the available payment methods?
For all the items you chose to buy, you would have to pay in advance.
- The available payment options are:
- Direct Bank Transfer / Paytm / Tez / UPI Payments only
- [Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available]
Q2. Are products exactly the way they look on the website?
Please bear in mind that photos might be slightly different from actual product in terms of colour due to the lighting during the photo shoot or the monitor's display.
Q3. Is there any return/exchange/cancellation policy?
As for now, we would not be able to provide any exchange / return in case of size issues or like/dislike. Once payment is done, you would not be able to cancel the order.
Q4. How much time does it take to ship / process the order after payment?
The product will be dispatched to the courier service within 1-2 days, once full payment has been done for the selected product.
Q5. How to track / trace the courier?
Tracking details will also be provided through email after 24 hours of dispatch.
Once tracking details are given, you are requested to follow up with the courier services.
You can also check on the tracking URL, or you could get contacts from Google or JustDial (Since It varies time to time)
Q6. In how many days will the product be delivered?
It generally takes 6 to 7 working days (More time will be taken for Imported Items)
Q7. What to do in case of damaged/missing item?
Please make a video while opening the parcel,
If there is any missing or damaged item, send us the video.
We won't be able to entertain any loss or product damage without a proof of unboxing video.
NOTE: Video should be taken at the time of opening the seal of the package.
